We meet to meditate 5-6pm on the first Wednesday of every month. Participants arrive a bit early so as not to disturb the session once it is underway.

After some initial guidance, the meditation practice is mostly spent in silence, occasionally using mantra as well.

The session is free of dogma. You don’t have to believe anything in particular to benefit. Beyond the benefits of deep relaxation, participants experience an inner peace which is not often experienced in the busy world in which we live.
